I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and standard to large for Japanese hotel rooms, but the twin room was a bit small. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even printing tickets for a trip I had planned. The location was great, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the metro station, making it convenient for exploring Tokyo. The dining options were a bit unusual but not bad overall.
